Freshwater Algae Control Grant Program (Washington) – Apply by Dec. 16

The Washington State Department of Ecology’s Freshwater Algae Program funds projects to manage toxic algae blooms (cyanobacteria). Priority is given to lakes that have had harmful freshwater algae blooms in the past three years. The maximum grant amount is $50,000.
