EPA is initiating consultation with federally recognized Indian Tribes to obtain input on the agency’s proposed action, Reconsideration of New Source Performance Standards for the Oil and Gas Sector. EPA is proposing technical changes to limited aspects of the final Standards of Performance for New, Reconstructed, and Modified Sources and Emissions Guidelines for Existing Sources: Oil and Natural Gas Sector Climate Review, published on March 8, 2024.
